What Is Arooq's Returns Policy?

We design our shoes with Great love for you, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered. We give you 14 days to take your Shoes and decide if they are right for you, confidently knowing you can return items if they're unworn and unwashed. And remember, there are no return fees.

How do I return an AROOQ order?

You can click on the return request in your order details. Remember, we'll cover the delivery costs if the Product is delivered in India or UAE.

What will Happen once i place a return Request?

Once our team Approves the return request, we will generate a pick-up for the item.

After the product is received and quality checked, if approved for no damages we will send you an email for Bank Details and refund the amount through Bank transfer within 14 working Days.

Can I exchange a AROOQ order?

The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?

We stand behind all of our shoes. If your item is potentially defective or flawed, simply return the item and send us an Email at Contact@arooq.com with the image of the defect. This is just so that the return payment is not denied due to used item error.

Where Is My Refund?

Once we've received your items at our return center, we'll process your return and issue a refund through Bank Transfer, usually within 14 working days.

Your refund includes the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
